I ordered groceries from zehrs.ca the produce was disappointing. The lettuce was already wilted, the berries were soft, and a few of the apples had bruises on them... not really what I expected for the price. I was hoping for much better freshness. Probably won’t be ordering again

"Stopped by the store today and..."
Stopped by the store today and, wow, it really had that 'hasn't seen a mop in a while' charm. The floors were sticky enough to make me question my life choices, and the shelves had a nice layer of dust on them. Very immersive experience, just not the kind I was hoping for...
"Checkout is painfully slow"
I tried placing a grocery order on zehrs.ca the checkout process was way more annoying than it should’ve been. Pages took forever to load, and I had to click the same buttons a few times just to get to the next step. By the time I finally reached payment, I was already frustrated. If something goes wrong, it always feels like there’s some policy excuse instead of just making the site work properly. Buying groceries online should be quick and easy, not this much of a hassle.

"Pickup was usually fine, delivery gets iffy"
I usually had a okay experience with pickup, the orders are mostly ready when they say it will be. Delivery is where it kinda goes off sometimes, like it came late or had stuff missing. It’s not the worst thing ever, just been a little hit or miss for me.

"Couldn’t get any real help"
I tried calling about my order and, i thought it’d be a quick fix, but, anyway, I kept getting bounced from one person to another. Nobody really seemed to know what was going on, and nothing actually got fixed. Super frustrating experience.
"It’s getting a bit expensive"
I have mixed feelings about shopping here lately. I still stop by when I need something, but the prices feel higher than they used to, and the deals don’t really impress me much anymore. It’s convenient, but I’m not as excited to shop here as I used to be.

"Pretty good substitutions overall"
My order had a few substitutions, and most of them were close to what I originally picked. One item was a little smaller than I expected, but overall it wasn’t bad, if that makes sense

"Staff weren’t helpful when I needed support"
I went to Zehrs.ca because I was trying to sort out an issue with my online order, i was already a bit frustrated and tired when I reached out.
The help I got didn’t make things any better. The staff seemed like they didn’t really want to deal with it and just kept telling me to check the website, even though I’d already done that before contacting them.
It felt like I was being a bother for asking a simple question. Nobody really explained anything or tried to fix the issue, so I left disappointed with the service.

"App works fine, but the site feels a bit slow"
I’ve been using the app and it does what it’s supposed to, but the website can feel slow at times. You can still get things done, but it would be nicer if everything was a little easier to use.

"Pretty decent for grocery pickup"
I ordered groceries through Zehrs and it went well overall. A couple things were out of stock, but they texted me about substitutions, which I appreciated. Pickup was fast and the staff were nice. The website did feel a bit slow here and there, so it’s not perfect, but I’d probably use it again.

I use zehrs.ca for my groceries, and most of the stuff I need is usually in stock. Every now and then, a sale item is missing, which gets on my nerves because I don’t have the patience to keep checking back. But overall, availability has been decent for me.
